biz montage, the consulting firm is founded by Mr. Santhanam Vaidya. He brings to the table 30  years of experience having worked in different capacities and functions spread across businesses and industries. A Chartered Accountant, he started with Fraser & Ross (now part of Deloitte Touche and Tohmatsu) and served in HMT and Larsen & Toubro Limited before he set up his own broking firm with the membership of Bangalore Stock Exchange (BgSE). His long stint with L&T helped him gain valuable insight into finance, accounts, audit, taxation, management accounting and reporting, systems and the complete enterprise manufacturing chain. He was part of different committees of BgSE such as Business Development Committee. During last 10 years, he served in a mid-tier global software company Cambridge Solutions Ltd; in the later part of the stint, he was heading the global Banking and Capital Markets vertical business operations. He was part of Indigo Technologies, SSI and Scandent earlier (these were the successive companies that finally folded into Cambridge Solutions as it stands now). He made immense contribution in the development, marketing and implementation of stock exchange automation and broker trading solutions and winning significant other businesses for the company. 

He is an investment analyst with a keen appreciation of different industries and businesses. His passion is to bring venture capital at the door step of worthy small and medium enterprises (SMEs), as many of them run interesting and scalable businesses but lack exposure and finance knowledge; and they do not get adequate support and encouragement for their ideas and efforts.
